The rohe of Te Tau Ihu, the 'Top of the South', is the prow of Te Waka-a-Māui | South Island. This rohe encompasses the Marlborough and Nelson–Tasman districts. 

Case study participants in this rohe include Wakatū. Each case study explores the specific effects of climate change from an iwi/Māori-led perspective.
